Another contract execution implemented for the Municipality of Żmigród

On September,7 2011 the Board "Energopol-Południe" SA has entered into an agreement with the municipality of Żmigród for construction works included in the investment: "Modernization and construction of water supply and construction of a telecommunication networks in Żmigród". This is the second contract the Company implemented for the municipality of Żmigród (22 March 2011 the Company entered into an agreement with the Public Utilities Enterprise "Dolina Baryczy" Sp z o.o., based in Miliczfor the execution of the task: "Modernization of the sewage system in Zmigrod").

Gross contract bid price executed for the municipality of Żmigród amounts to 4,396,758.00 PLN Żmigród. Planned date of completion of works under the contract is 31 December 2012.
