Energopol - Południe Sp. z o.o.

Energopol-Południe Sp. z o.o. was set up by Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. on 4^th January 2016 . CNT S.A. is the sole shareholder of the Subsidiary. According to the initial premises, starting from 2016, the company Energopol-Południe Sp. z o.o. can smoothly take over the construction market share previously possessed by CNT S.A. using its references and resources.

The subsidiary will continue its long tradition on the construction market and focus its activities primarily in the infrastructure construction sector.

Subjects of the business activity of Energopol – Południe Sp. z o.o. include.:

• works related to the construction of transmission pipelines and distribution networks,
• works related to the construction of roads and highways,
• works related to the construction of railways and subways,
• works related to the construction of telecommunication and power lines,
• works related to the construction of water engineering projects,
• performing engineering and geological drilling and boring,
• site preparation,
• other specialized construction works.
