The acquisition of a real estate in Krakow by a subsidiary

On April 22, 2016 a subsidiary of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Komandytowa purchased a real estate located in Krakow, Krowodrza district, an administrative area no. 45, with a total area of plots of over 54,000 m2, and the ownership of buildings, structures and facilities located within the property for a total price of PLN 62 million net.

The subsidiary plans to realize a development project on the acquired real estate in a form of a construction of a housing estate together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and the sales of residential and commercial premises as part of the investment.
